By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
2. Products & Orders
- All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including due to suspected fraud, inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.
- Sizing charts are approximate and garment fit may vary slightly. Colors may appear differently due to monitor settings.
3. Shipping & Returns
- Shipping timelines are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages once in transit.
- Our full Shipping Policy and Refund/Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our Site.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Seamsnake and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- “Seamsnake™” and “#PlayColdBlooded™” are trademarks of Seamsnake Baseball LLC.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
5. User Content
- By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or tagging Seamsnake on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for marketing purposes.
- You represent that you own the rights to any content you share and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
7. Disclaimers
- No Medical or Safety Guarantee: Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to prevent injury or improve athletic performance. Consult a physician before engaging in strenuous activity.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seamsnake and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws.
- Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
- You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to Seamsnake.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Domestic Shipping: Orders within the United States are shipped via [carrier name(s) — e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx]. Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 2–7 business days.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide using DHL Express or equivalent. Duties and taxes are prepaid where available. Delivery times vary by region.
- Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Seamsnake is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional/discounted merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges: If you would like a different size or style, exchanges will be processed as a return + new order.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label (for defective/incorrect items).

Pack your item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
